Paige finds better ways of treating mental illness to prevent suicide and the healing of her athlete clients. Paige is a sports and fitness enthusiast. She uses a process called Performance Neuro Training which is a combination of sports psychology, Brainspotting, and hot & cold photobiomodulation laser-light therapy. On this episode of DEAD Talks she speaks on her practice along with her experience of loss having lost several friends who were athletes to suicide which was the catalyst to lead her on the path she's on now to speak on this topic and how to prevent it.

It's rare to see two men connect on a level of compassion and emotion.

Five months after getting married, Angelo Merendino's wife Jennifer was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of thirty-six and died in 2011. She endured a double mastectomy, chemotherapy, radiation, and reconstructive surgery. They both decided to share their experience of her potentially dying for others to gain understanding of what they were going through with a powerful collection of photographs Angelo took her throughout her treatment. These photo's took the world by storm helping others get through their own battle and also lead to Angelo speaking on TED Talks twice to share their story.

Van offers methods she's used to free herself from these experiences and flip it to be stronger and live the life she wants.

Noah is a Purple Heart awarded, double amputee who joined the military because of the September 11th terror attacks. After an IED attack during Operation Iraqi Freedom Noah lost his left leg above the knee and his left arm above the elbow. He is a cool ass dude who isn't afraid to get introspective and speak from the heart. Today he continues to inspire which includes his No Excuses Charitable Fund. He speaks o the mentality of facing death during war along with his perspective today, perseverance through it all and how he motivates people to get through the obstacles of life via lessons with his amazing life story. He is an true advocate of mental health, men's mental health and is a real pleasure and amazing man with so much to learn from.

In those years he wanted to work with people who were grieving where there seemed to be gap in the religious realm. His interest in death and dying he started to network with people in the field of death and now has a business called "Healing Works Institute" and offers funeral services in a way that is against the grain of a traditional way. Doctors were able to save the couple’s daughter, Adalyn Rose, who was delivered after an emergency C-Section.
