A few years ago, Emily lost her grandpa. Although surrounded by loving friends and family, grief still left her lonely and overwhelmed. She helped her mum wade through confusing and complex admin. Plus, long waiting lists made bereavement support hard to access. She knew there must be a better way. Emily launched Untangle in 2020 to help people navigate life after loss.

DEAD Talks with David Ferrugio engages death a little bit differently. Each new guest shares their experience with grieving or perspective on death in a way that shatters the “don’t talk about death” taboo. Grief doesn't end; it evolves. Having lost his father on September 11th when he was 12, he learned the importance of discussion and sharing other people's stories.
